  • Closure device: implantable device to treat heart conditions by helping seal or close the hole in your heart
  • Heart catheterization: insertion of a catheter into a heart chamber or vessel for diagnostic and interventional purposes
  • Interventional cardiology: insertion of thin tubes (catheters) in blood vessels to find and treat problems in the vessels and the heart
  • Interventional stenting: inserted for support of your artery walls, to keep arteries open, and improve blood flow to the heart
  • Intra-aortic balloon pump insertion: helps your heart pump more blood
  • Nuclear and stress testing: measures the heart’s response to external stress in a controlled clinical environment
  • Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty: a minimally invasive procedure that opens blocked coronary arteries for improved blood flow to the heart
